4 Terms of reference To meet at least once a semester or as necessary to discuss and take action on reports and comments on teaching and other student-related matters
5 Call of meetings Chairperson or any two members of the committee can call a meeting by informing the secretary
6 Responsibility for issuing agenda Secretary in consultation with chairman
7 Preparing and distributing minutes Secretary in consultation with chairman
8 Notification of action taken Secretary in consultation with chairman
9 Publicising proceedings Secretary in consultation with chairman
