Terms of reference To meet at least once a semester or as necessary to discuss and take action on reports and comments on teaching and other student-related matters
Call of meetings Chairperson or any two members of the committee can call a meeting by informing the secretary
Responsibility for issuing agenda Secretary in consultation with chairman
Preparing and distributing minutes Secretary in consultation with chairman
Notification of action taken Secretary in consultation with chairman
Publicising proceedings Secretary in consultation with chairman
