Abstract:
I will present here a concise summary of the Fermi/GBM observations of magnetars since its launch in June 2008. Then I will focus on the results of my temporal and spectral analysis of 29 bursts from SGR J0501+4516 during its 13-day active period in 2008. In particular, I will describe a hardness - flux relationship that has been revealed here for the first time. Finally, I will present my results on the unusual behavior of the persistent X-ray emission of AXP 1E1841-045. Unlike most Anomalous X-ray Pulsars the source remained constant during a burst active episode, which has lead us to conclude that it resembles Soft Gamma Repeater like activity.
