Biography
Prof. Tsang Keung Chan was an undergraduate and master student in the physics department at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He got his PhD in Physics at the University of California San Diego. Here he worked with his PhD supervisor Dusan Keres on cosmological galaxy simulations. He then became a postdoc researcher at Durham University and an inaugural Margaret Burbidge Fellow at the University of Chicago. Last year, He joined the Chinese University of Hong Kong as an assistant professor, focusing on simulations of galaxies, interstellar medium, and dark matter.
