Abstract

Metal halide perovskites have attracted great scientific interest due to their understanding optoelectronic and photovoltaic properties which makes them have versatile applications for solar cells, light-emitting diodes (LED) and photocatalysts. However the poor stability is the crucial obstacle for their technological development. Recently, two-dimensional (2D) and quasi-two-dimensional (quasi-2D) layered structure has brought a boom in various applications due to their higher resistance for moisture, light and heating stress. Besides, 2D/quasi-2D perovskites have been proved to be suitable for LED application benefiting from the properties of bright photoluminescence, narrow light emission and tunable exciton binding energy. Herein, our work would focus on developing diverse 2D/quasi-2D perovskites through choosing appropriate ammonium spacers and various halide components for exhibiting high stability and the best performance in blue emission and yellow emission, which aims for obtaining white emission LED.
