Abstract
The discovery of a new particle compatible with the Higgs boson predicted by the Standard Model (SM) at CERN's LHC experiments opens new horizons at Energy Frontiers.Despite this discovery completed the SM,major questions still remain unresolved.Search for physics beyond the SM is one of the major efforts of the ATLAS and the CMS experiments at the LHC proton collider today.
A new challenging and exciting time started at LHC Run-2, which restarted in 2015 with a collision energy of 13 TeV. Many exciting results and new measurements from 13 TeV data are already public. Direct searches for New Physics at high mass with Run-2 data will be presented and discussed.
Coffee and tea will be served 20 minutes prior to the seminar.
Anyone interested is welcome to attend.
