Abstract:
Perovskite-type complex oxides show diverse attractive and complicated properties, heterostructures incorporated with various oxides may even exhibit potential application in different electronic products. Hence, perovskite oxide heterostructures have drew extensive attention in the past several decades. Manganites are widely used to investigate the effect of colossal magnetoresistance in perovskite oxides. Other stimulus including lights, electric fields/currents, pressure and strain can also affect the properties of perovskite oxides. In this work, the effect of field variation on the transportation properties of heterostructures which composed of manganites and perovskite oxides was explored. The current effects were investigated in thin films of manganites deposited on SrTiO3. Furthermore, the effects of tunable strain on manganites thin films grown on 0.7Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.3PbTiO3 (PMN-PT) were studied.
