Abstract
Clusters potentially provide the most sensitive means of constraining the cosmological model, via their exponential sensitivity to the growth of structure. To unlock this potential we need to know their masses - and here we show the first results of a purely magnification based lensing method applied to 50,000 clusters identified in the SDSS Sloan and BOSS surveys and over 500,000 lensed galaxy redshift measurements.
Coffee and tea will be served 20 minutes prior to the seminar.
